Samsung needed to launch the new Galaxy S9 and Note9 across multiple locations in the US and they looked for a smart way to execute emerging experiences at scale.
With a modular system, we designed a solution that would adapt to any store layout to ensure all the digital content was updated remotely. We developed 10x Connected Pop-Ups that were moving across regions across 100x locations within the span of 3 months.
In order to build relevant content for the user along each shopping moment, we have created a methodology to address key triggers and influences to be considered on each step of the path to purchase.
With the intend to lowering the barriers for the pop-up’s and samsung brand team we have bridged the gap between physical and digital commerce, while presenting shoppers with experiences that are more intelligent, dynamic and connected.
