Walmart needed a creative & experiential partner to support them with the so-called “future of retail”. Their main goal was to sell items in-store that were previously only available at their e-commerce channel.
Together with the Walmart Labs team, we proposed an intuitive and easy-to-use Endless Aisle platform that bridges the gap between e-commerce and physical retail. Users can swipe the screens to shop for unexpected items, pay at checkout and pickup in 2 days saving up to 10%.
We wanted users to enjoy the interface, so we designed it to behave like a likeable person, providing the user with a solution that delivers on three levels:
